Position Description:

CGI is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Site Lead/Aviation Supply Systems Analyst at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC. The Site Lead/Aviation Supply Systems Analyst will assure the delivery of services to the program manager, in support of the government client. This individual will train a diverse group of military personnel in the use of the Marine Corps Platform Integration Center (MCPIC) and work with stakeholders in developing processes and procedures to enhance accountability and asset visibility of aviation supplies utilizing passive radio frequency identification (pRFID) technology. The candidate will provide detailed data analytics within MCPIC and multiple aviation supply systems of record to ensure data quality and inventory accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for basic technical support of systems and hardware. The Site Lead/Aviation Supply Systems Analyst will assist the Program Manager in communicating status updates to management and the client.

This position is located in Beaufort, SC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical knowledge of automated supply systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Set day-to-day pace of service management operations for the benefit of the government client.

  • Analyze aviation supply operations and provide process improvement recommendations.

  • Mark, inventory, and track equipment using MCPIC software and hardware systems.

  • Evaluate data quality and provide recommended corrective action to ensure APSR accuracy.

  • Absorb, channel, and manage the expectations of the government task lead.

  • Drive the completion of work, defined by the Program Manager and the Client.

  • Ensure the effective and timely communication of roadblocks and dependencies to the Program Manager.

  • Communicate status to customers and management and assist in timely hierarchical escalations.

  • Manage hardware inventory and equipment.

  • Have proficient basic computer skills, Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, basic hardware support, electronic timesheets, network usage and basic database entry.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Due to the nature of work, a Secret clearance is required

  • 5 or more years in USMC supply operations.

  • Intermediate-level technical knowledge of Marine Corps aviation supply chain operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to lead discussions and facilitate meetings.

  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain visualization practices.

  • Experience in understanding complex policies and translating into business processes and procedures.

  • Experience in communicating status to management and ranking personnel.

  • Technical proficiency of Windows 10/11, MS Office suite, basic hardware support.

  • Knowledge of the operation of client logistics automated information systems.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

  • 10 or more years’ experience in aviation supply operations in the Fleet Marine Force.

  • Expert-level technical knowledge of Marine Corps aviation supply chain operations.

  • CompTIA A+ Certification.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $150,200.00.
