Job Title: Accounts Payable AssociateJob Description
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will handle all accounts payable mail, stamp, date, and file invoices for processing. You will enter invoices into the JD Edwards System and/or Rossum for general ledger posting and payment. Prepare monthly cash disbursement reports and various other vendor reports as necessary. You are responsible for obtaining receiving documents, ensuring timely matching to avoid payment delays, and processing weekly accounts payable payments. Additionally, you will review the Received Not Invoiced Report for accuracy, assist with urgent payments, respond to vendor inquiries, and assist external auditors with year-end schedules. You will also assist the Accounts Receivable department as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in Georgetown, South Carolina.
Work Environment
This position is completely onsite at our corporate office in DT Charleston. Work hours are from 8-5 with reasonable flexibility. A parking pass is provided for the deck across the street.
