Insight Global Guest Services Manager in Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Reservations Manager to join the team of a client of ours based out of Chapel Hill, NC. The Reservations Manager primarily interfaces with high-net-worth clients (a large majority of whom are returning to travel again), so they must have strong experience dealing with extensive customer communication. The Reservation Manager works with guests to identify and book their desired trip, responds to customer inquiries about tour package details and availability, builds strong relationships, and then manage all ongoing communications with guests relating to their trip -- some routine and some tailor-made depending on the needs of the guest. This position will be adding to a team of 4 other reservations managers. This individual is required to work on-site 5 days a week in Chapel Hill, NC and they must be within 20-25 minutes (or less) of the office.

Pay: $80,000 to $90,000/yr + 5-10% yearly bonus

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (no specifications)

  • 10+ years of relatable work experience (high-level customer service)

  • Strong client/customer management experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detailed documentation and management of important information

  • Strong organizational skills, multi-taking skills and attention to detail (key for this role) - Experience communicating with high net-worth customers

  • International travel knowledge

  • Document proofing null
