We are actively hiring Target Analysts (Targeters) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Northern Virginia. You will be responsible for addressing, supporting and implementing Customer directed duties, tasks and objectives specific to unique Customer projects and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates must be able to prioritize competing requests in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to apply solid targeting acumen in unique and novel ways and will be able to work with mission partners to validate targets and develop specific action plans
Opportunities for short duration travel may be available on an ad hoc basis. This position requires previous experience conducting HUMINT targeting and/or supporting HUMINT operations
Responsible for using advanced tools, datasets, and methodologies to analyze all-source information, generate operational leads, drive successful technical operations, disrupt threats, and advance mission priorities
Strong ability to communicate complex topics to a wide audience, to include officers at all levels of seniority across both the sponsor and community partners
Strong ability to communicate complex technical topics to a non-technical or less technical audience, to include officers at all levels of seniority across both the customer and community partners
Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn
Work travel may be available on an ad hoc basis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Developmental:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 7-10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 1-4 years of IC experience including experience as an Analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes.
DESIRED: Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
Full Performance:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 11-13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 5-7 years of IC experience including experience as an Analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes. Demonstrated strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of research.
DESIRED: Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
Senior:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 14-16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 8-10 years of IC experience including experience as an Analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes.
DESIRED: Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
Expert:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 17+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 11+ years of IC experience including experience as an Analyst evaluating information for targeting and reporting purposes.
DESIRED: Basic knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
