CACI is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our customer to provide a common set of required Enterprise IT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations.

The Senior Program Manager will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.

What You’ll Get To Do: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to serve as Deputy to the Senior Program Executive, providing leadership, management, and oversight for the program workforce delivering exceptional IT capabilities and services across the DoD customer’s enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects and teams within a DoD environment.

More About The Role:

  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional team, managing resource assignments and task completion dates.

  • Support weekly customer briefings on end-user environment operational performance and special project statuses.

  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.

  • Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations, ensuring successful completion of all assigned tasks.

  • Maintain and manage the client interface at senior levels of the client organization.

  • Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.

  • Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.

  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers.

  • Attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high-performing staff.

  • Work cooperatively with technical leads to plan tasks based on priority and manpower availability.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a program/project manager.

  • Security clearance of TS/SCI.

  • Proven experience supervising a multi-disciplinary staff (300 or more personnel) at various levels.

  • PMP or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, including a multi-vendor environment.

  • Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.

  • Experience managing an Enterprise IT or IT program.

  • Skilled in customer engagement and delivering written/oral briefings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a comparable discipline.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with Air Force customers.

  • A minimum of six years of experience managing complex programs and leading geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels.

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting a DoD enterprise environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$119,700 - $263,400
