Job Description:

Program Analyst Sr Advisor

As a vital member of the program team, you will help to define the program's financial goals and objectives; create and maintain a program's budget, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve successful program execution.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

  • Analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support

  • Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews

  • Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements

  • Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

  • Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, plus 8+ years of business finance or other relevant experience; OR combination of education, relevant work experience and training

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • Proficiency in MS Excel with knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLookup, and other advanced functions

  • Government contracting industry experience

  • Experience with contracts such as CPAF CPFF, T&M, FFP

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization

  • Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency

  • Strong analytical and problem solving

  • Experience with SC360, and SETRIS is strongly preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $164,282. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
