Kadiak, a Koniag Government Services company, currently has an opening for a Safety & Health Program Manager (SHPM) with a Top Secret Clearance for a long term assignment abroad. This position will be overseas for an extended period of time. The schedule for this role is 10 hour days, 6 days per week. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

The Safety & Health Program Manager (SHPM) Must have the following:
Must be able to relocate internationally
Must be a United States citizen eligible with a Top Secret Security Clearance
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a site construction safety manager on projects involving construction of large concrete commercial/residential buildings, heavy highway and road or concrete works.
Must have a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) certificate from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
Must have experience with OSHA and EM-385
Past experience with DOS/OBO work a plus
Typically degreed, preferably in engineering or business field of study with minimum four (4) years of experience. Additional experience accepted in lieu of educational requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of project management.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a construction environment overseas. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
