KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support our government customer in Chantilly. The Program Management position provides daily program management and oversight for all tasks and requirements associated with this contract. The Program Manager (PM) shall be accountable for ensuring all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets

commend best practices.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).

  • Responsible for planning, directing, and scheduling the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the SOW.

  • Submission of all items to be delivered under this contract.

  • Has direct control over the Contractor team.

  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

  • Provides management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting. financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support.

  • Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables.

  • Responsible for assisting in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff.

  • Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and other technical documentation. Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years relevant PM experience

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering supporting the Intelligence Community

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or its DoD equivalent or coursework

  • Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g. TOGAF)

  • Experience as a technical writer

Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly required
