The Enterprise IT Engagement Manager will create and implement engagement strategies to enable a culture of employee satisfaction, engagement, and enhanced productivity across our Enterprise IT Program. With a large geographically dispersed, multi-vendor program team, the engagement manager has a critical role in introducing essential strategies, plans and platforms that will enhance employee engagement and performance levels across all areas of the program. You will have a passion for creating positive experiences and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate across cross-functional program teams to develop and implement innovative engagement activities that aligns with program objectives. You will lead and assist in active and planned project efforts and support any critical improvement initiatives.

You support program strategic planning on the best ways to engage employee and customers as new program services are introduced.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and implement program and employee engagement strategies for a geographically dispersed Enterprise IT program

  • Create and introduce essential onboard platforms that will elevate work performance and boost productivity.

  • Create action plans to address engagement concerns or issues

  • Collaborate with managers and leads to implement initiatives targeted to specific work streams

  • Perform analysis and trends to provide fact-based recommendations, reporting, and analytics for management decision making based on program needs

  • Develop communications plan for engagement activities

  • Engage in CACI’s Enterprise IT services and capabilities to effectively communicate the new service offerings, operational impact as well as improvements and benefits.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

  • Provide training and support as needed

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with appropriate POCs within external organizations.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure effective documentation and escalation n procedures are in place to support mission needs.

  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and opportunities

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

  • 7+ years of experience working and/or supporting in an IT environment

  • Experience managing customer relationships at strategic and tactical levels.

  • Business analysis to identify and refine technical and process requirements.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ITSM technologies

  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives

  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.

  • Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
