CACI is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

General Description:

In this role you will participate in enterprise discovery and authoritative source workshops with Government stakeholders to validate discovery approach and validate authoritative sources and attributes for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) built using ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), Axonius, and Flexera capabilities. You will then support configuration of these tools and support discovery scans including firewall and credential issues.

You will also gather and create artifacts required for the RMF package to support security accreditation. You will provide advice and support configuring systems to meet Zero Trust and Comply-to-Connect initiatives. You will also ensure that data added to the CMDB is compliant with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other applicable standards. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and training.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Ability to test and engage a security stack's effectiveness

  • Ability to develop and implement software application security, data protection, cryptography, key management, identity access management (IAM) and network security within As-a-Service Axure cloud environments.

  • A strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL.

  • A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Must be IAT Level II certified within 30 days of hire (i.e. Security+ OR CCNA Security, etc.)

  • 10+ Years experience. Relevant experience (a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)

  • Familiarity with federal and DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, and RMF.

  • Knowledge of encryption technologies, access controls, and identity and access management (IAM) principles.

  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal

Desired Skills:

  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.

  • Experience with Axonius Platform and Flexera

  • An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance

  • Other relevant cybersecurity certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are a plus.

  • Acts independently to expose and resolve problems

  • Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
