Position Highlights
Role: Track Assistant III
Start Date: February 10, 2025
Location: Channelview North, TX USA
Key Responsibilities
Process labor in the Track system, ensuring contract compliance.
Analyze and resolve discrepancies through research and collaboration.
Generate cost analysis reports, including forecasting and overtime ratios.
Manage contractor invoicing and provide invoice reconciliation support.
Ensure adherence to Track policies and best practices.
Assist with training vendors and supporting team members during peak periods.
Qualifications
High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience (accounts payable, cost, timekeeping, or audit).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Understanding of commercial contract language and critical thinking in business practices.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
