Position Highlights

Role: Track Assistant III

Start Date: February 10, 2025

Location: Channelview North, TX USA

Key Responsibilities

• Process labor in the Track system, ensuring contract compliance.

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies through research and collaboration.

• Generate cost analysis reports, including forecasting and overtime ratios.

• Manage contractor invoicing and provide invoice reconciliation support.

• Ensure adherence to Track policies and best practices.

• Assist with training vendors and supporting team members during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience (accounts payable, cost, timekeeping, or audit).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Understanding of commercial contract language and critical thinking in business practices.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
