Direct-hire- Maintenance Technician

$32-$40/hour $1.50 Shift Differential

The Mechanic repairs and maintains mechanical equipment. They perform building and facilities maintenance and install new equipment and machinery in accordance with company policy and procedures.

SHIFT: 6pm-6am working a 4/3 schedule

salary: $70,000 - $83,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Start and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

• Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment; maximize production time and minimize down time.

• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.

• Make repairs or adjustments to keep equipment operational.

• Rebuild machines and overhaul unreliable components and attachments; dismantle, inspect, and replace parts as necessary.

• Recognize opportunities to upgrade or enhance the productivity and functionality of equipment.

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned.
