APU Manager - Pumps

What is the job about?

Responsible for the SQDICP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost & People) performance in the APU Pumps. Supporting the APU Pumps team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation.

Your main responsibilities:

Production

• Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with APU support functions

• Ensure optimal use of equipment (OPR) in APU Pumps

• GPS Foundation- Ensures GPS foundations are thoroughly applied. Makes sure their environment is convinced on the necessity of foundations. You's a leader on foundations activities.

• Comply with GPS criteria on flexibility and adaptability.

People

• Monitor competences and polyvalence for team and develop autonomy (training plan building, follow up, training actions implementation)

• Coach supervisors.

EHS :

• Support and deploy group and local Safety, Health and Environmental policy, standard and plan, achieve plant Safety, Health and Environmental target.

What do you need to apply?

We expect you have:

• Have experience developing and creating processes well within Operations

• Have experience developing a team and process well within Operations.

• Most likely have +10 years of relevant work experience

• Have good knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within Operations.
