Job Title: Field Technician Team Lead
Job Description
We are a leading provider of temporary liquid handling solutions including pumps, tanks, filtration, and spill containment. Our projects range from flood relief to construction site dewatering, sewer bypasses, and industrial plant turnarounds. As a Field Technician Team Lead, you will install, inspect, repair, and service piping and filtration systems at different job sites.
Responsibilities
Meet at the shop in the morning and assist with loading/unloading of materials and equipment.
Travel with a crew of 3 to different commercial job sites such as substations, power stations, and industrial sites to perform industrial installation and service.
Assist with training and leading a team while performing hands-on work.
Lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial work sites.
Instruct and lead field technician employees on a day-to-day basis.
Positively represent the company and maintain good relations with coworkers and customers.
Train department personnel, providing day-to-day instruction and guidance on how to perform work safely, quickly, and with quality workmanship.
Inspect finished jobs to ensure quality control standards have been met.
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
Select pipe sizes and types and related materials according to specifications.
Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery, and other equipment according to specifications.
Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications.
Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
Use hand and power tools to modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and related machines and equipment following specifications.
Complete department paperwork as assigned.

3+ years of experience in craft or mechanical trade
Prior lead, foreman, or management experience
Experience with assembly and reading blueprints
OSHA10 certification

Work Environment
You will meet at the shop in the morning and travel to different construction and industrial sites. Be comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments. Job sites are all commercial, and some environments may be dirty (e.g., sewage bypasses). This location covers from Marana up to Flagstaff. You will not need to drive your own vehicle. If out-of-town stays are required, a per diem will be provided. Start time is between 4 am-6 am depending on the job. No weekends are required, and you may work some overtime hours, but typically maintain a 40-hour work week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
