The Student Services Analyst positions will be located at Campo Verde and Desert Ridge High Schools and East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) and will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive site-based college enrollment program including the following elements: early college connection and exploration, enrollment in dual/concurrent courses, career and educational planning, academic advising, scholarship, financial aid literacy and application assistance, placement testing, college admission and registration, retention and student success programming. This position will collaborate with Campo Verde and Desert Ridge High School and EVIT personnel to promote a college going culture among students. The Student Services Analyst will be responsible for the tracking and data management of prospective students utilizing our Client Relations Management (CRM) platform in order to show progress towards goals, will prepare narrative and data reports to track outcomes and achievements, and perform related duties as assigned. The optimal candidate demonstrates a commitment to reducing barriers in the college admissions and enrollment experience, high school student recruitment, enrollment, and success as well as service excellence, inclusion, innovation, integrity, and the ability to work independently to meet program and enrollment goals. This position reports to Enrollment Services, a department of Student Affairs.

60% - Coordinates and implements a college recruitment and enrollment program which includes building relationships with Campo Verde and Desert Ridge High School and EVIT students, parents and Campo Verde and Desert Ridge High School and EVIT personnel to provide services that increase MCCCD enrollment; important activities related to the successful recruitment including career planning, college academic advisement, pre-college placement testing, admission and enrollment assistance and financial aid guidance; delivers educational planning in small and large group settings; provides information to Campo Verde and Desert Ridge High School and EVIT students regarding MCCCD academic degree and certificate programs; provides information on admissions, registration, program and degree requirements, education plans and information on MCCCCD policies and procedures; assists students in early career and educational planning and the selection and registration of dual/concurrent enrollment courses applicable to their educational goals; provides information to students regarding Arizona transfer pathways and transfer resources and information on Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) policies and procedures; maintains knowledge of a wide variety of information sources such as: websites, printed materials, e-mail and Maricopa and university transfer agreements; collects and interprets data to make informed program decisions, monitors students progress through the enrollment process, and generates progress to goal reports.

20% - Develops and maintains relationships and coordination with MCCCD faculty and staff, College Outreach & Enrollment Development, marketing departments, academic department chairs, occupational program directors, and Student Affairs managers to develop a thorough understanding of the college culture, programs and services; utilizes this understanding to help applicants fully understand and choose program options; establishes and maintains relationships with high school and school district personnel, community based organizations. 10% - Collaborates with and makes referrals to other student services programs and/or community agencies as needed; may develop, coordinate, and participate in special programs designed to promote student outreach, recruitment and retention.

10% - Attends departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities; performs other duties as assigned.
