\"Our client in the beauty industry is looking for a Social Media Specialist with beauty, CPG, and lifestyle experience to help their team on an ongoing basis, with the possibility to turn into a full-time role down the road.This opportunity is 40 hours M-F, onsite 2-3 days/week in Chandler, AZ.Responsibilities: Driving awareness, engagement, and growth across all relevant social media platforms.Manage, develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing calendar and sales objectives.Optimize social media performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to reach growth goals.Coordinate influencer and affiliate program marketing efforts with internal team and agencyWrite creative briefs for photo shoots and consumer facing visual assets. Manage and publish organic social content across 3 platforms.Create social listening reports to help guide marketing decisions and strengthen competitive knowledge for the group.Oversee the creation of engaging content with external agencies, and execution of organic social campaigns.Collaborate with agency on paid campaigns, and be responsible for community management to deepen connection with target audiences.Qualifications:3+ years of social media experienceCPG and/or beauty experiencePrevious experience working with influencers and 3rd party vendorsStrong portfolio of successfully working on social media campaigns across multiple social media platformsMust be able to drive process and give feedbackHighly organized with strong attention to detailIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
