Wells Fargo Senior Business Execution Consultant Currency Transaction Reporting in CHANDLER, Arizona

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Quality Control Team in the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) in Shared Services Operations. The Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements. In this role, you will:

  • Support the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) Quality Control team in reviewing Currency Transaction Reports prior to filing with FinCEN

  • Execute controls to monitor business processes

  • Research and analyze using systems including Hogan, Relational History, Electronic Journal, and Operations Image Browser to identify reportable currency transactions in accordance with regulations

  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure compliance with FinCEN regulatory requirements such as filing CTRs within required service level agreement

  • Identify process improvements, trends, and opportunities for additional training

  • Effectively communicate with internal partners to meet CTRRG goals

  • Assist with initiatives and reporting needs

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience researching and analyzing highly confidential and complex customer information and transactional data

  • 1+ years of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience

  • 1+ years of Quality Control review experience

  • Experience with the Anti Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML)

  • Knowledge of internal Hogan, Electronic Journal and Operations Image Browser

  • Leadership experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience finding inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline CTR or other lines of business processes, policies and procedures

  • Experience identifying and evaluating trends

  • Experience organizing and managing multiple priorities

  • Experience influencing, collaborating, and building partnerships with all organizational levels

  • Adaptable and supportive in a changing work environment

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

Job Expectations:

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible start time between 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM PST.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
