Description: Jusung Inc is looking to fill 10 Semiconductor Engineer positions. This is a temporary, one-time occurrence, full-time position from 10/30/2024 to 4/30/2025.

Begin/report to work: 5000 W Chandler Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85226 @ \$27.70/hr. Daily transportation provided between work address and residence.

Worksites: 5000 W Chandler Blvd., Chandler, AZ of Arizona metropolitan area.

Duties: Perform any or all of the following functions in the manufacture of electronic semiconductors: load semiconductor material into furnace; saw formed ingots into segments; load individual segment into crystal growing chamber and monitor controls; locate crystal axis in ingot using x-ray equipment and saw ingots into wafers; analysis the manufacturing processing for efficient yield; conduct quality control of the manufacturing process and final products; clean, polish, and load wafers into series of special purpose furnaces, chemical baths, and equipment used to form circuitry and change conductive properties & other related semiconductor engineer activities as per SOC 19-4099.01

Requirement: Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to life, push, pull, carry objects up to 70lbs (possible 2-person). Education requirement is associate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related. Require at least 12 months of experience in the design, fabricate, test, assemble and package semiconductor devices related experience. On-the-job training available. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Based on Employers discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal.

Terms & Conditions of Employment: \$27.70/hr up to possible \$30.00/hr OT \$41.55/hr up to possible \$45.00/hr. Wage may vary, depends on experience. The wage(s) offered equal(s) or exceed(s) the highest of the prevailing wage or the Federal, State, or local minimum wage. At Employers sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed); possible cash advances (if applicable/requested by worker, potential deduction from workers paycheck).

Possible daily/weekly hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM. 40+ (plus) to include lunch break, Monday-Friday. Possible weekend/holiday work. (Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. If overtime is worked, wage is paid at a rate of time and a half per hour worked beyond 40 hours each week.) Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or OT. Overtime not required. This employer will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws pertaining to overtime hours.

Transportation: Transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed (by check in 1st work week) for cost from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

3/4s Guarantee: The worker is guaranteed employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period.

Tools, equipment & supplies: All work will be done with employer provided tools, supplies and equipment without charge or deposit.

Miscellaneous: Will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Wage paid every two weeks. All deductions required by law will be done by the employer. Will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (not including passport). Optional housing available at no cost, with the exception of utilities. If worker agrees to utilize optional housing, up to \$10.00 will be deducted from each bi-monthly paycheck.
