Description We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team in the high tech engineering industry, situated in Chandler, Arizona. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for a range of tasks that support our operations. In this role, you will be dealing with hardware and software aspects of our systems, which will include working with Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on computer systems and networks

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications

• Implement and manage deployments and configuration management processes

• Provide deskside support to users, ensuring efficient and effective use of systems

• Maintain and improve knowledge of current industry trends and technologies

• Collaborate with team members to optimize performance and functionality of systems

• Follow company protocols and procedures for IT and data management

• Assist in the set up of systems and stations as required

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Understanding of Networking principles

• Familiarity with different Operating Systems

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Skills in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Deployments processes
