• Position: Retirement Services Specialist

• Pay Rate: $21/hour

• Schedule: Mon – Fri 8 hour shift assigned ANYTIME between 10 AM and 8 PM (AZ)

• Start Date: 12/2/2024 (Temp to perm based on performance and business needs)

education: High School

Responsibilities

Handle client and internal partner inquiries related to retirement accounts.

• Manage client authentication and ensure risk is minimized.

• Support clients across multiple applications, providing clear information and seamless service.

Qualifications

• MUST be able to work ONSITE in Chandler, AZ 85224

• MUST be able to work hours above as needed – NO ACCOMMODATIONS

• 2 or more years of call center experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• High School Diploma or equivalent – verified upon offer

Skills

• Call Center Support (2 years of experience is required)

• Basic Computer Skills

• Typing Skills

• Empathy

• Telephone Etiquette
