TEKsystems Customer Service Specialist 1 in Chandler, Arizona
We are hirin g for a Customer Service Specialist 1 for our top client located near Chandler, Arizona. This position requires you to work Hybrid (3 days in-office required) from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) thorough Monday to Friday . If you are applying, make sure you have a reliable transportation & is willing to commute to office in the given schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Intermediate-level experience in customer service,
preferably in a call center environment.
-Familiarity with wire transfer processes and
compliance requirements.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in using customer service tools and
software.
-Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting
customers.
Soft Skills:
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach to
service.
Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
additional education is a plus.
Key Responsibilities-
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries through
multiple communication channels, including phone and email.
-Assist customers with wire transfers, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
and transactions in the system.
-Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate
departments for resolution.
-Provide high-quality support while adhering to
company policies and procedures.
-Educate customers on available services and assist
them in navigating our systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer
concerns and improve service delivery.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.75 - $23.75
