Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to join our Champlin Primary Care team! Position Summary The Supervisor, Clinic Operations provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated site's financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety. At Champlin, we are a dedicated group of healthcare workers passionate about helping patients and their families improve their health. Our team consists of 10 clinicians and continues to grow, currently seeing approximately 140 patients each day. Our clinicians consider our support staff as colleagues and truly partner with them to provide exceptional care to our patients. Collaboration among all team members has enabled us to maintain high-quality patient measures and achieve excellent patient experience results. Our team is friendly, engaged, and we love to have fun! We host various fun events throughout the year, such as holiday parties, potlucks, and more. Position Overview: We are seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee a team of 6 direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Leadership Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding and motivating a diverse team to achieve our goals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with staff, patients, and the leadership team. Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions is crucial. Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in managing operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Empathy and Compassion: A genuine concern for the well-being of patients and staff, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
