Director of Nursing Job Details: Hours - Flexible Pay - Based on experience Location - NorBella Champlin, 8700 Emery Parkway N, Champlin, MN, 55316 Perks and Benefits: Work/Life Balance! Director of Nursing Responsibilities: As a key member of the Assisted Living team, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulations, keeping informed of industry standards, and applying knowledge to meet the changing needs of the community. Ensure residents' individual needs and preferences are consistently met with compassion and dignity, fostering a nurturing and empowering environment in the community. Supports the team in achieving high quality and efficient delivery of care with appropriate clinical supervision through standard role definitions, staffing models, clinical processes, and metric monitoring. Adherence to clinical best practice models and processes to deliver consistent high quality, efficient and compliant resident centered care. Investigating and reporting incidents of suspected resident neglect and/or abuse and reporting these findings to appropriate county officials, in coordination with the DON and Executive Director. Leads by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and wellbeing, demonstrate effective communication. Qualifications: RN (Registered Nurse) licensed in the State of Minnesota. Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using resident record computerized systems. Join Us Today!
