As an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative for a leading manufacturing company you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

salary: $42,000 - $45,700 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products, order status, and resolving issues.

• Coordination: Collaborate with production, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, order histories, and inventory levels in the database.

• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

• Documentation: Prepare and manage order-related documentation, including invoices, shipping confirmations, and returns.

• Quality Control: Verify product details and quantities before processing orders to ensure accuracy and meet customer specifications.

• Reporting: Generate and review reports on order status, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
