Material Inspector

Job Description

Join our team as a Material Inspector for a local food production company that produces sauces and dressings! This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits and PTO available once contract period is fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Physically load raw materials (spices, sugars, seasonings, etc.) into machines

• Keep logs (paper and electronic) of material fed into machines

• Operate machines to ensure products are processed for the correct run time

• Perform quality checks on products as they are processed and fed into containers

• Mix finished products and maintain the highest quality standards

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced food processing company with a collaborative team. The environment can be wet at times due to machine sanitation, and hearing protection is required due to the constant processing noise. The facility operates with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.89 - $17.89
