Job Title: Field Service EngineerJob Description

We are in search of a Field Service Engineer who is eager to be involved in all aspects of a project and test their knowledge across various elements of the field. The ideal candidate would possess basic knowledge of PLC code, HMI development, electrical schematics, and robotics. A strong drive and willingness to learn are highly desirable. The top candidate should be able to travel and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire control panels.

• Support the installation, startup, and validation of control systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and understand the electrical components used.

• Provide robot support, including preventative maintenance, greasing, cable changes, and troubleshooting.

• Offer service support to all customers, including local, domestic, and international travel.

• Work from the main office and be willing to travel 50% of the time.

Essential Skills

• Basic PLC/HMI hardware and software knowledge.

• Basic robotics knowledge.

• Good understanding of electrical schematics.

• Experience in building and wiring control panels.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electronics, repair, pneumatics, and control systems.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Work Environment

This role requires working from the main office with the willingness to travel 50% of the time. The position involves using various technologies and equipment related to PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and electrical systems. The work environment is dynamic, involving both office and field settings, with a focus on providing top-notch customer support.
