Sharepoint Developer – As a Software Developer with SharePoint Experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Leveraging your software development expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and drive organizational success.
You will:
· Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical designs and specifications for SharePoint solutions.
· Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
· Utilize your proficiency in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath to create custom forms, templates, and workflows that enhance user experience and productivity.
· Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, such as CRM or ERP platforms, to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of SharePoint solutions.
· Implement and maintain SharePoint security and access controls, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Monitor SharePoint performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in SharePoint development, and propose innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.
You bring:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing SharePoint solutions.
· Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
· Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities, including site collections, content types, and permissions.
· Experience with SharePoint integration techniques, such as web services, REST APIs, and third-party connectors.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.
