Description and Requirements
You will:
Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and associated infrastructure.
Manage and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
Implement security measures, including patching, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide support for disaster recovery and backup processes.
You bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related field.
Min 5-7 years' experience in Linux configuration, servers and infrastructure.
A deep understanding of the Linux operating system
Has skill in Scripting with Bash or Perl
Knowledgeable of networking, database administration and information security related technologies
Certifications: CompTIA Linux+, Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC), Linux Administrator (LPIC 1), Linux Engineer (LPIC 2), RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or related.
