Envista Holdings Corporation Sales Representative (Prague, Central and Western Bohemia) in Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic
Job Description:
Position holder is responsible for meeting and exceeding the plan for his/her business unit Kerr, Pentron and Spofa (market share, sales, orders, customer satisfaction, etc.) by:
Developing and executing the local marketing strategy for his/her products
Having direct sales responsibility on his/her products in the country
Supporting and training dealers in charge of selling his/her products in order to achieve sales and market share plan and growth
Responsible for transmitting appropriate market information to central marketing.
Help Regional Leader based on data to define and execute the marketing strategy for the business unit (campaigns, exhibitions, prices, products, sales tools, etc.) and communicates to dealer sales force.
Ensure appropriate product information (data sheets, catalogues, training...) is available for the customers .
Coaches and trains the dealer sales reps in his/her country (prices, products offering, value proposition, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Focusing on bigger dental customers (Clinics, dental “chains”).
Ensure timely introduction of new products in the region, market clearance, and sales strategy for those products .
Deliver on given sales targets for her/his territory.
Collect data about her/his customers and put them into CRM
To sell assigned product range and business solutions to customers within country
To communicate effectively with members of sales, service and marketing to maximize all sales potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues.
To organize product demonstration, sales trainings and follow-up.
To maintain relations with key opinion leaders for the business unit.
Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
Job Requirements:
High school min
Driving license B
English knowledge on advanced level
Native proficiency in Czech language
Dental business knowledge/experience as an advantage
Ability to work min 75% FTE
