Job Description:
Within the group, DEXIS solutions include a full portfolio of award-winning digital solutions from intraoral x-ray to CBCT and intraoral scanning to treatment planning software.
Currently we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with Polish.
The team consists of professionals supporting our customers from Northern and eastern Europe and working together with sales teams across regions. Customer Service Representative is a key element in all administrative processes of the Customer Service Department in order to provide the best customer experience and to ensure that our company is a reliable, professional and responsible partner for all its customers.
What is your role going to look like?
You can expect order handling of DEXIS devices and spare parts.
Pre-handling of orders, verification of prices, discounts and product configurations.
Entering sales and purchase orders and creating device configurations in ERP.
You will be responsible for confirmation of delivery times for the customer and monitoring of delivery times.
Collaboration in the credit block and credit processes with customers and Finance Department.
You will also help to maintain customer sales area agreements in ERP system.
Collaboration in the item data maintenance process.

Job Requirements:
What will you bring?
Fluent in English language
Proficient Polish language (B2 level in written at minimum)
Customer centric approach
Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
Microsoft Office advanced user, mainly power point and excel
Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
