Easter Seals Jobs

This position is a dispatcher and office assistant position.  Dispatching includes: communication with truck drivers, scheduling loads, appointment scheduling, running fuel stops and routes for drivers, etc.  The position would also require basic office skills such as: Answering phones, data entry, filing, problem solving.  Good communication skills required.  Computer skills a must.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel would be very helpful.   Needs to be a team player, motivated, punctual, and reliable.  Position is M-F 8 am to 5 pm.
