• Making outbound calls to our esteemed merchants to schedule appointments as per their convenience.

• Troubleshooting technology for merchants, ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

• Attending to merchant inquiries regarding our services, offering detailed explanations when needed.

• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with merchants through exceptional service.

• Conducting follow-up surveys to assess merchant satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong customer service skills with a knack for going the extra mile.

• Prior experience making outbound calls is a considerable plus.

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.

• Ability to work with diverse group of merchants.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Duration: Contract role, candidates should be committed to this project for up to 6 months
