Vemco Electric Solar Repair Crew Lead in Center, Colorado
Work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Repair and maintain ground-mount solar PV systems including flashing, racking, module-level power electronics (Micro-inverters/Optimizers), array wiring, and junction boxes
Maintain a clean job site and work truck
Interact with clients in a respectful manner
Perform other related duties as required
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Supervise a crew of 3-10
Complete job-site related paperwork and maintain accurate records
Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles
Requirements
Be comfortable climbing a ladder and working on a roof
Be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Strong mechanical aptitude
Team orientated
Good attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain a professional attitude
Ability to maintain company tools
Minimum Qualifications
Basic understanding of hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to climb ladders
Driver's license and good driving record
Salary Description
Starting pay $22/ hour depending on experience
