Pay: $78,000 - $108,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a - 4:00p with some emergency services required outside of standard working hours (as needed)

The Plant Maintenance II will support the organizational achievement of safety, quality and productivity goals by designing, fabricating and maintaining production and various related manufacturing equipment, and facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment and facilities using knowledge of mechanical electrical, and pneumatic systems, welding, machining, and pipe fitting trades to assure optimal operation Utilizes CAD/CAM to design and or program manufacturing equipment Designs and fabricates custom equipment to improve quality, reduce labor and increase profitability Supports customer service and manufacturing productivity goals by minimizing downtime through completion of preventative maintenance to recognize and remediate problems Cooperates with internal customers in a constructive fashion to encourage a positive team environment Maintains and organizes machine and maintenance data so that it can be used by others Interacts with vendors and suppliers to source materials and supervise repairs Promotes quality improvements and provides training when required Demonstrates leadership in attendance, work ethic, positive attitude toward change, and overall company goals Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required
7-10 years' journeyman level related experience and/or training, and/or demonstrated ability Proficient in pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical machine systems troubleshooting and repair; must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools; must be proficient in one or more trades; must understand basic machine design. Ability to read in English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schematics, P&ID's, and procedure manuals Ability to write in English routine reports and correspondence Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, applied trigonometry and geometry Ability to safely operate common power tools, hand tools, and meters Ability to operate manual and CNC machine tools including lathes and mills, and or GTAW and GMAW welding equipment Ability to apply understanding of machine systems to design, fabricate, maintain and identify improvement possibilities Ability to deal with complex problems involving mechanical apparatuses and machines Ability to use precision measuring tools Ability to utilize CAD and or CAM software
