Description We are in search of a Payroll Administrator to join our team in CENTENNIAL, Colorado. In this role, your primary focus will be to handle payroll related tasks, process customer applications, and maintain accurate customer records. You will also be tasked with resolving inquiries and overseeing customer accounts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications efficiently and with precision

• Assist in managing payroll for approximately 1000 employees

• Handle and organize physical payroll documents and digital data

• Contribute to various projects, ensuring attention to detail

• Assist with garnishments and verifications of employment procedures

• Support in dealing with subcontractor payroll compliance across various states

• Participate in the transition of certified payroll tracking systems

• Utilize accounting software systems and ADP Workforce Now for tracking and reporting

• Help with the administration of 401k and RRSP benefits. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential.

• Knowledge of Ceridian is a prerequisite.

• Ability to use Crystal Reports is necessary.

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is vital.

• Familiarity with About Time is imperative.

• Sound understanding of Accounting Functions is expected.

• Proficiency in Auditing is required.

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is necessary.
