Pay: $17.00 - $18.50/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is Immediately hiring qualified Assemblers for a Centennial based production team. The qualified associate will prepare, assemble and align electronic/optical components and subassemblies within a clean production environment. Associates will also be responsible for monitoring work-in-process, completed work and rework as needed while using microscopes, hand tools and other tabletop adjustment fixtures. You'll receive the opportunity to cross train in duties and skill sets throughout the production process within a cell/team environment.
Highlights/duties:
Cross training and growth oriented environment Easy highway and bus access Reading instructions, prints, mechanical drawings or tablet for assembly aide Inspect parts, assemblies and subassemblies throughout the production process Using small hand tools and microscopes at times to assemble parts to chassis Assemble and align optics using mechanical adhesive processes Other mechanical assembly as required depending on the product/process Ensuring a clean/organized working environment
What we look for:
2 years or more experience in assembly (optical/electronic/mechanical) within the last 24 months Hand/eye coordination with the ability to handle small hand tools, utilize a microscope Soldering proficiency The ability to solve problems, identify issues/discrepancies and communicate to supervision Reliable team players The ability to lift 10 - 25 lbs
