Clarivate Analytics US LLC IP Admin Analyst (docketing) in Centennial, Colorado

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Admin Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution team at Clarivate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IP lifecycle management support to our clients and help them reduce the cost of their operations, enabled by strong operational delivery, supplemented with continuous improvement.

About you - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

1+ years of experience in IP Docketing

1+ years of experience working with Intellectual Property law and regulations

Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

What you will be doing in this role?

Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing patent and trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity

Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders

Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Support administrative tasks related to patent and trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures

Help manage the client's intellectual property portfolio, including filing, maintaining, and renewing patents, trademarks, and copyrights timely

Hours of Work

Full Time, permanent position working core business hours

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in one of our US Clarivate offices

Compensation - US Only The expected base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for bonus earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
