Job Summary

To research, analyze, evaluate, design and recommend strategic direction for ambulatory services. This

position will report directly to the VP and Chief Ambulatory Officer (CAO). This role will be viewed as a

valued member of the system's ambulatory care leadership team, serving as a trusted advisor on

important strategic matters such as service type, size and placement, new market expansion, capital

proposals and facility planning, impact of new entrants, new program development, and physician

workforce planning as it relates to ambulatory strategy. Although this position will be located within the

central entities function, this individual will be responsible for working closely with Group and hospital

market leadership, and Group Strategy leaders, to develop an interpretation and expression of the 2025

Strategic Plan for ambulatory services within each market and within the Physician Alignment strategy. In

this manner, the position will require strong skills in working within complex and matrixed health systems

and in managing through influence.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Three years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting.

$64.37 - $111.87 / hour
