Description We are consolidating our accounting operations and are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be handling data entry tasks, processing invoices, and maintaining the accuracy of our accounts payable records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and is set in a hybrid remote work environment for your convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and code invoices.

• Manage the accounts payable records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

• Perform account reconciliations as required.

• Conduct check runs as part of the payment process.

• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks.

• Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Use Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and other software for accounting tasks.

• Assist in the transition from one accounting software to another.

• Respond to inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Perform other related tasks as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely updates of financial records

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently

• Experience in Coding Invoices, ensuring correct and timely allocations

• Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Expertise in Invoice Processing, ensuring timely payments and record keeping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets effectively

• Experience with Oracle software for financial management

• Knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting purposes

• Familiarity with SAP software for business operations and customer relations
