Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join a dynamic and dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd shift. You will be part of a farmer-owned brand specializing in dairy products, working in various areas throughout production and the warehouse. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, using RF scanners, hand packing orders, and maintaining sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.

• Operate sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks.

• Use RF scanners for inventory management.

• Hand pack orders into crates.

• Perform sanitation and crate washing tasks.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.

• 2+ years of forklift or pallet jack operation.

• Experience with shipping, receiving, and production.

• Proficiency with RF scanners.

• Knowledge of GMP regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment.

• Experience in high-volume production lines.

• Union is preferred.

• Open to working 1st or 2nd shift.

• Willingness to work 10-20 hours of overtime if needed.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Comfortable standing for long periods.

• Comfortable working in a colder environment.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, running from 4 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, with frequent additional shifts on Friday and Saturday. Work is conducted in a refrigerated packaging area at 30 degrees, requiring appropriate attire including hair net, beard net, hard hat, steel-toe boots, non-slip shoes, and a hi-vis vest. No jewelry is allowed.

The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42
