As the Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance activities

• Creation of new preventative maintenance activities

• Purchasing and management of tools, supplies, and replacement parts

• Design and execute projects to minimize downtime and improve safety

Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance role or equivalent work experience

• Technical degree

• Proficient within the Microsoft Office suite of products

• Detail oriented and knows when to prioritize urgent tasks

• Ability to lift/maneuver parts and packages over 50 lbs

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Experience in Oracle ERP

• Experience working in collaboration with a Union and Union employees

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
