Seeking a Data Entry Processor in the Cedar Rapids Area!!
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Processor to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates. You will work closely with the engineering team and account management team, ensuring efficient rebate processing and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates.
Call customers for missing information or clarification.
Work with the engineering team and account management team.
Process and upload rebate applications.
Access customer accounts and make detailed notations of interactions.
Maintain electronic and physical copies of documents for organized recordkeeping and storage.
Perform data entry into client systems or tracking sheets.
Assist the product manager with light administrative duties, such as sending enrollment packets and conducting research.
Track and manage customer projects in the pipeline.
Provide phone and email support for program delivery and campaigns.
Essential Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Excellent attendance and tenure in previous positions.

Flexibility and adaptability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Program support experience.
Customer service skills.
Experience with rebate processing.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday, first shift.
First three months will be onsite to learn the program
Possibility of remote work after this period if performance is excellent.
Current office is located downtown, but there will be a relocation soon to Marion or Hiawatha
