Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures, ensuring accurate patient identification and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in phlebotomy and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures following established protocols.

  • Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of specimens.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

  • Provide excellent patient care, addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 or more years of experience in phlebotomy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
