This is a temporary, full-time, one-time oc;currence neeq positi9n and we ... are looking to fill ONE (1) job opening for employment from April 1, 2025 to September 1, 2027 Duties: Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, if necessary, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists. Participate in case reviews, consulting-with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services. Instruct or advise client on issues, such as household cleanliness, utilities, hygiene, nutrition, or infant care. Care for individual during periods of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Provide client with communication assistance, typing their correspondence or obtainiJJ.g information for them. Plan, . , . shop for, or prepare nutritious meals or assist client in planning, shopping for, or preparing nutritious meals. Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5 :00pm; TOTAL - 40 hours/week. Reijuirements: Education - None; previous training - none; employment experience - 12 months in personal health caregiving or related .field; special skills or other requirements- - none. ,Wag: $12.86/hour; Overtime will be provided at time and half which is $19.29/hour. Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to theextent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at Jeast three fourths of the workdays in each

12-week period of the total employment period.

Tools,uipment, and sup}llks.: The employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies and equipment to perform the job at no charge. On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The pay period is every two weeks. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. Employer will provide workers with board, lodging, or other facilities. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The Employer herepy notifies the Department that neither Employer nor its agent/attorney have currently entered any agent or recruiter of H-2B workers. Therefore, no copies of such agreements exist.
