Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with business owners and other stakeholders. This role requires a self-starter who can handle ambiguity and take ownership of their work. You will be involved in developing and customizing ERP systems, and you must be comfortable working with various technologies and tools.
Responsibilities
Participate in stand-up meetings every other day in the office.
Develop software based on requirements gathered from meetings with business owners.
Use Jira for ticketing and Git Bucket for saving work and deployments.
Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and manage ambiguity.
Write well-documented and structured code.
Test your own code and create rough tutorials for acceptance testing.
Customize ERP systems and potentially work on CRM development or accounting projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTTP, and SQL.
Experience with C#, Rust, or Java is a plus.
Comfortable working in Linux and using Bash Command Line.
Strong understanding of Docker development environments.
3-8 years of experience in Python or a similar web development language.
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and risk tolerance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM development.
Experience in accounting or finance is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3 years with a degree, 4 years without).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
