Job Title: TIG Welder - 2nd Shift Available

Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our team. Our organization is a leader in the design and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units. The ideal candidate will have TIG welding experience, with header welding experience being highly preferred, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on various components, with a focus on header welding.

• Read and interpret prints for required specifications and dimensions.

• Execute welding tasks efficiently within the given hours to ensure timely job completion.

• Maintain high-quality standards by consistently achieving less than a 5% X-Ray repair rate.

• Efficiently fix X-Ray and UT repairs as needed.

• Work as a team player to achieve company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Header welding experience (preferred)

• Ability to maintain less than a 5% X-Ray repair rate

• Efficient at fixing X-Ray and UT repairs

• Willingness to work outside standard hours when required

on manual mills and manual lathes. Clayton has experience with manual tooling

as well.

Qualifications

• 10 years of set up, operating, and editing manual mill and manual lathes

• Experienced with micrometers and calipers

• Has manual tooling experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
