System One Order Processing Administrative Assistant in Catoosa, Oklahoma

System One has partnered with a company at the Port of Catoosa that is in search for a Order Processing Administrative Assistant. This candidate will assist the Technical Document Control Manager in creating and managing the Office Order process and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Office Orders, assign Office Order Numbers, circulate for final approval, and notify department leaders for processing

  • Add Office Orders to Production Schedule documents

  • Update Office Orders and Production Schedule as needed

  • Manage customer change orders, revisions, corrections, and cancellations through internal communications

  • Data entry of orders into the system

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school education required, with an Associates degree or technical support experience preferred

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet, Power Point, and Database software

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form

  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities as needed
