Coordination of the schedule with the drivers and direct to loading or unloading bay. Load and unload tankers in a timely fashion, run quality tests on milk, and run clean in place (CIP) tankers as well as chemical tests. Load out cream and concentrated milk and perform all quality tests. Complete master sanitation and CIP of all raw cream and milk silos. Adhere to policies and procedures put into place for employee safety, food safety and quality. Become a subject expert on the equipment used every day. Attention to details is key to control product loss at all times.
Must have good work history. Training will be provided
Ability to use simple writing, adding, subtraction, whole numbers, and carrying out instructions
Ability to use direct reading instruments and devises in which interpretation is not required
Perform basic quality testing as necessary
Understand receiving and shipping system to effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Physical demands include - lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs, walking, and cleaning on a regular basis
