Adecco US, Inc. Counselor - LCSW in Casa Grande, Arizona

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Counselor! This role is in remote / work from home. Client is seeking candidates who resides within PST or MT time zones. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Five-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $38.00 to $40.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Counselor:

· The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, helping them to overcome personal challenges and improve their mental health and well-being.

· This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.

· Work collaboratively with Clinical Director to design, modify, and deliver all aspects of clinical therapy.

· Performs quality counseling services.

· Review and sign off on all clinical notes as when service is completed.

· Provide direct client services.

· Engages overall direction, focus, vision, and mission.

· Conducts strategic and long-range planning for the agency.

· Ensures that the agency's services are performed in an ethical, high-quality manner, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Counselor:

· Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

· Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed

· Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent, or associate level under supervision.

· Preferred: two years of experience in a behavioral health or social service agency.

· Thorough knowledge of the ADHS regulations, all requirements of professional clinical

services.

· A valid driver’s license and documentation of appropriate automobile insurance.

· Current or willing to apply for DPS fingerprint cards if working with individuals under the age of 18 years old.
