Job Overview

Join the Jensen Hughes team as the Director of Integrations, where you will spearhead the seamless integration of acquisitions into our organization. Your role is critical to ensure that Jensen Hughes’ corporate development goals and objectives are achieved and will provide significant exposure to the C suite management.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Strategy, Planning, Execution : Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive integration plans. Keep stakeholders informed through transparent communication and updates.

  • Due Diligence Collaboration : Work closely with Corporate Development to identify integration challenges and opportunities during due diligence.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with leaders from various departments to ensure smooth integration across all business functions.

  • Change Management : Develop strategies to minimize disruption during integration. Provide guidance on organizational changes and cultural integration.

  • Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution : Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead issue resolution to minimize operational impact.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement : Keep executive leadership and stakeholders informed on integration progress. Address concerns and provide updates to employees at all levels.

  • Post-Integration Evaluation : Conduct evaluations to assess integration success and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience leading acquisition integration projects.

  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills, and understanding of business operations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple time zones.

  • Advocacy for change management with empathy.

  • Proficiency in business processes, people, and systems.

  • Change management certification or relevant training preferred.
